A group of 30 or so regulars got together recently to buy our pub when Robinson’s put it up for auction, with barely 3 weeks notice!!!.
We are busy giving it a bit of a facelift in time to open for Xmas. In the New Year, we hope to have a micro brewery on site.

The world cup has not been so good for many Pubs acording to the Publican as the survey they carried out reported lower than expected turnout I would loike to point out that Pubs registered on the IPhone Pub Guide (www.pubguideapp.co.uk) which can be found in the ITunes store, have reported seeing new customers and seeing good busy nights.
